Did you know that your soul sees you as the most joyful human being walking this earth? It's true. So, why then is it so hard to find joy and to live a joyful life? Why is it that we don't remember how to use joy as means of changing our thinking, transforming our life challenges, and helping us to move forward with purpose and confidence? Why don't we remember how to use its powerful healing qualities to ease our mind? Revitalize our physical body? And, restore harmony and flow back into our energy body?
Could it be that somewhere in our thinking we got happiness and joy mixed up? Causing us to pursue happiness rather than allowing joy to fill our lives? Could it be that the joy robbers are holding us hostage? Therefore, creating distorted perceptions intended to prevent us from experiencing the passion, pleasure, and peacefulness that a joyful life offers? Could it be that we've forgotten how to think joyfully?
Why is joy so important? It's what turns ordinary events and experiences into extraordinary life happenings. It's what opens our heart to new experiences and to new relationships. Joy adds levity to life, and connects us to what's important. It's what we feel when we watch baby animals playing, when we find ourselves mesmerized by the activities of a hummingbird, and when we find ourselves smiling because someone filled our birthday card with colorful confetti. Joy is what we feel when we connect with nature, and when we experience the beauty and natural vibrancy of our surroundings. And, while the source of joy is internal its true expression is external. We don't even have to look for it. Why? Because joy is all around us. It's even found in the most mundane of circumstances.
Join Carol for this Saturday Soul Gathering on Joy. Discover that joy isn't what you think it is, but is actually so much more than the mind perceives. Learn how to identify the joy robbers and discover ways to ward them off, so they don't negatively impact your life. Learn how to focus your thoughts and attention on joyful things that will have a meaningful impact on both your outlook on life and your experiences.
In this soul gathering, we'll look at:
- What joy really is
- The difference between happy and joy
- The difference between happy thinking and joyful thinking
- How joyful people act
- The joy robbers
- The metaphysics of joy
- The energetics of joy
- The healing qualities of joy
- How a joyful life is a peace driven life
The Saturday Soul Gathering is held the first Saturday of each month at the Ritberger Learning Center, in Cameron Park, CA. While each gathering is designed as a standalone event, the information shared will set the intention for succeeding gatherings. The gatherings are lecture and experiential in nature, so bring a journal that you can dedicate specifically to capturing the wisdom held within your soul.
I hope you'll join me, and discover how it's joy that attracts miracles, and makes it possible for you to rise above and move beyond the limitations of your thinking. My desire for this gathering is that you leave with a renewed sense of joy, even if you didn't bring it with you.
Light & Love,
